Today
look in the mirror
and notice
that the person
who greets you
is beautiful,
inside and out.
Today
say to yourself that
you know nothing is
impossible.
Remind yourself that
every one of your dreams
is within reach.
Today
think about all of
the people who love you,
who see the beauty in you,
and begin to look at yourself
in the same way.
