Ella Wheeler Wilcox was born on 5 November 1850 on a farm in Johnstown, Rock County, Wisconsin, United States of America. She became a poet and a writer. Among her published works is “Poems of Cheer” (1908) and “Poems of Life” (1921). Her autobiography is titled “The Worlds and I” (1918). Ella Wheeler Wilcox passed on at 68 years of age on 30 October 1919 in Short Beach, New Haven County, Connecticut, United States of America.
